In addition, clients are provided copies of all significant documents and can determine the stage of their litigation through on-line access provided by the firm. In the event a case is rejected or is one we are unable to handle, we will attempt to assist you by providing a referral to another attorney.

While the litigation process can be a difficult one, we attempt to make it as easy for you as possible. This is accomplished by maintaining open lines of communication to address all your needs and questions as they may arise. In addition, we are always available to speak with you and if you are unable to come to our offices for an initial case sign-up, we will send someone to you whether at home or in the hospital. Finally, we utilize the contingency fee system, where we not only provide free consultations, but never charge a fee unless we are successful in obtaining a settlement or jury verdict on your behalf.
